We invite you to join us for an exciting and rewarding experience as an Associate Director, Brand Strategy.  This lead role will work within the Solutions & Activations team to support the Sales and Client Success team. This individual will know how to manage the pre-sale process and support key brand and category strategy. You will play a critical role in ensuring improvement of turnkey proposals, and creating solutions for our highest value clients.

What you'll do:

  • Create and project manage innovative and strategic category strategy, solutions, and GTM materials
  • Focused effort on Strategic Account Development & large-scale RFPs. Partner closely with sales on the top account growth, creating bespoke solutions for our highest value clients
  • Become a Nativo Ad Product Expert, building client plans/solutions that are best aligned with, and able to exceed, their objectives and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Operation teams on identifying, testing, and adopting new products and 3rd party partnerships (Data, Research, Content etc…)
  • Mentor Sales Planning Team, providing them guidance and improving process for standard, turnkey proposals
  • Work closely with department leaders across the organization to solidify Nativo’s status as the leader in native / content advertising
  • Partner closely with Marketing to develop new sales marketing collateral using industry, marketing and third-party research.
  • Working closely with product marketing on market feedback and product messaging

What you need:

  • 5+ years digital advertising experience: 2+ years with Ad Tech Vendor/Publisher a plus
  • Passionate about marketing, media, advertising and brands, understanding of sales process and budget requirements, experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Integrated Marketing a plus
  • Knowledge in Digital Advertising, Native, Branded Content, Communication Planning Strategy, Tactics, and KPIs
  • Proficiency in Media Distribution, Targeting (1st and 3rd Party), Measurement, and Attribution capabilities across Digital Advertising Ecosystem
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals and landscape
  • Superuser of PowerPoint, Excel and other Office programs(Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience with media research tools such as ComScore, Nielsen, Quantcast a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with superior project management skills
  • Expert multi-tasker, thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent, tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with HTML a plus
  • Experience within digital production, content marketing a plus
  • Similar experience working at a large Publisher a plus
  • Quick self-learner, problem-solver and solutions-oriented; can think on your feet
